To qualify for a loan, all loan borrowers must:

Have a verifiable name, date of birth and social security number;

Be at least 18 years of age;

Have a credit score that meets the minimum credit underwriting requirements [or, if the applicant does not have a credit score, has graduated from or is currently enrolled in (i) an associates degree at an accredited school, (ii) a 4-year (bachelor’s degree) accredited college, or (iii) more advanced degree granting program; unless s/he has been accepted to one of our partner institutions that provides vocational training and (iv) has a job, job offer, or other verifiable source of regular income];

Have a physical U.S. address;

Be a resident of a state that the Creditor offers Covered Accounts, excluding Maryland, Iowa and Nevada;

Pass the identity verification and OFAC screening;

Have a valid e-mail account (meaning that UNI has checked the format of the address and, before funding, verified the consumer’s ability to send and receive mail at that address);

Have a job or job offer he/she has accepted and will start within 6 months or another verifiable source of regular income and does not intend to terminate this source of regular income within the 3 months following the application date;

If an existing borrower with a Covered Account the borrower/applicant must (1) have made on-time payments for the six (6) prior monthly payments, (2) have no more than one outstanding Covered Account at the time of application, and (3) have no more than $50,000 of principal outstanding at the time the loan originates;

meet our minimum credit requirements; and
- have a personal banking account at a U.S. financial institution with a routing transit number.
